Our model of operation is simple. We provide you an “off-site” development team that can either augment your current staff, add a project team to your development group, or be your main development team.
You determine – with our consulting and guidance when needed – what engineering efforts are needed and decide how many workers you need and when. IngeniaECO will provide you with many qualified candidates to choose from but leave it up to you to make the final decision of which resources you would like to work with, as if you were hiring the people yourselves.
And whether you need as little as one dedicated resource, or as many as 100 dedicated resources, we can deliver. If we do not already employ the resources required, then we will locate the talent and then hire them and train them.
